This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with ours client companies. Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Training Developer will include

  • Design and develop global engineering technical training using instructional design techniques and tools as well as various media: Virtual Classroom training, web based training, instructor led, self-paced, video, job aids, etc.
  • Create instructor materials: course outlines, teaching and visual aids, reference material, instructional materials, training aids, etc.
  • Develop and support training plans for new system and process introductions.
  • Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for training in accordance with business objectives.
  • Plan, direct and conduct presentations, webinars, classroom training, electronic learning sessions, multimedia programs, and other instructional workshops.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate the delivery of curriculum and other educational programming.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate development of course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, brochures, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts in the design and development of training curricula, media, and materials (engineers, etc.)
  • Provide continuous project leadership, coordination, and review to ensure that objectives, standards, budgets, and timeframes for project completion are met.
  • Regularly assess and analyze training needs, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Design and develop graphics as necessary for instructional aids

As a Training Developer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.   • Bachelor degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or in a technical field
