We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for an Appearance Definition Lead . This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities

  • The Appearance Definition Lead is assigned Programs to ensure we meet the aesthetic Design Intent vision to “Design, Build and Sell the World’s Best Vehicles”.
  • Coordinate, document and release Design Intent Appearance Attributes, i.e. CTDAR (Color & Trim Design Appearance Requirements), on time and with quality; includes Statement of Requirements for Sourcing
  • To provide documented Design Intent Appearance Harmony for execution of ALL Interior, Exterior, and Accessories; (except Body Color)
  • Ensure GVDP Elements for release of the CTDAR are met with the Program Team  

Interaction Designer

Job Requirements

As an Interaction Designer   you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with program management (ex. communication)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • The ability to understand materials in manufacturing and how they affect appearance
