This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Sales Support Coordinator will include:    

  • Provides consistent, quality-oriented, technical responses to customer inquiries in support of client product sales.
  • Provides feedback to divisions on current product line success in the work place, for use in future products.
  • The aim of such quality support is to add value to the peripheral product line in a manner that will inspire customers to repurchase client products, or recommend them to others.
  • Respond to customer and reseller requests for assistance.
  • Present friendly and professional phone etiquette, designed to create confidence and credibility.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems in an organized efficient manner, designed to answer technical inquiries and reduce rework.
  • Perform hardware and software research and testing as needed for customers, verify and document issues, and provide feedback to engineers.
  • Answer pre-sales questions for resellers.
  • Complete post-contact tasks accurately upon call completion.

Job Requirements

As a Sales Support Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
