This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Revenue Assurance Analyst will include:    

  • Contractor will be needed to help with performing manual transactions in the IT UAT/QA and Production environments for Revenue Assurance Testing Operations.
  • Contractor will primarily support the Product Assurance team.
  • Projects include, but not limited to: IoT/BuSS, Sponsored Data, One Talk, Smart Family, Direct Carrier Billing, Public Safety and 5G.
  • Contractor will perform the manual usage generation and assist the Sr.
  • Analysts in validating the results to network elements and billing. Contractor will also support various other manual testing needs for Strategy (Promotions, Rate Plans, Device Inventory Audit) and Enterprise Release (ER projects).

Job Requirements

As a Revenue Assurance Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Google Suite of products, MS Office suite of products,
  • 3+ years of work experience in a technical position is required.
  • 4+ years of relevant wireless industry experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience with Business Analysis, Quality Assurance or Project management is preferred.
  • Proven experience solving critical problems in an effective and expedient manner is required.
  • Technical and business competency is required to understand the comprehensive impact of issues identified.
  • Knowledge of Agile project and testing methodology preferred.
  • Candidate must have the flexibility to work non-standard hours (nights, weekends or holidays) with minimal notice.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex test cases and scenarios that mimic real life as well as unique outliers that will impact the revenue stream.
  • Drive process and operational efficiencies and improvements to completion.
  • Ability to perform under high pressure with limited supervision
  • Creativity and flexibility in managing multiple simultaneous projects and issues
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
  • Team oriented - proactively notifies others of direct/indirect issues that may impact their processes
  • Ability to anticipate issues based on analysis and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Possess a high sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn; capable of assimilating new information and able to adapt to constant high velocity change
  • Ability to prioritize and raise awareness to potential issues or concerns to management quickly.
  • Thrives in an environment that fosters collaboration and communication of ideas and approaches to problem solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Advanced study or degree is preferred. A discipline such as Finance, Management, Information Systems, Business, Quality Assurance or Project Management is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred. Relevant certifications include: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CPA, CSM, Lean Six Sigma.
