Job Responsibilities                                              

  • The Project Coordinator arranges schedules and regulates flow of work within the team.
  • The Project Coordinator checks the master schedule and coordinates team activity according to projects, work deadlines, established priorities, and availability of team members.
  • The Project Coordinator confers with management to communicate progress of work and compiles reports concerning progress of team work and overall schedule risk.

Job Requirements

As a Project Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • This position proofreads documents produced by the team including reports, presentation slides, etc. This position solely proofs in English and requires an excellent ability to communicate editing/changes (in writing or orally) to teammates.
  • This position requires sharp analytical skills, an exceptionally keen eye for detail, exceptional organization skills, and strong communication skills.
  • This position works within established practices with a moderate degree of management oversight in a dynamic work environment.
  • This position uses standard business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, detailed meeting minutes, etc. and maintains team files, meeting schedules, and deliverable's calendar.
