Compensation (Hourly Range): $27/hr.

If you are an experienced PROJECT COORDINATOR - BUILDING ACCESS looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a PROJECT COORDINATOR - BUILDING ACCESS. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. PROJECT COORDINATOR - BUILDING ACCESS          

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a PROJECT COORDINATOR - BUILDING ACCESS will include:

  • New Work Trigger BAA
  • Receive address assignments from One Fiber Network Planning
  • Validate flagging of address as SBU/MTU/Airport/Military/Fed etc.
  • Research Property contact and ownership
  • Based on building type
  • In Progress BAA Production Management
  • Follow Up on tasks to move a project forward
  • Legal Review and any issues
  • Engineering follow up - site survey, drawings, troubleshooting any scheduling issues
  • Customer Advocacy - coordinate with Carrier Management regarding needed support from customer
  • Property management follow up for site survey scheduling, drawings approval, BAA doc review, execution status, negotiation discussions
  • Request OFAC review and approval prior to signing
  • Create docusign record for signature and approval of BAA document
  • Create a package to be sent to Lease Administration for abstraction into the system
  • Revise completion forecasts - Current in Master Tracker, Future BAERS
  • Milestone Date Management - Current state - Master tracker to update milestone dates/ future state work in BAERS system to complete milestone tasks

Job Requirements

As a PROJECT COORDINATOR - BUILDING ACCESS you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Coordination Meetings
  • Carrier Management High Level- Meet with carrier Management to discuss and validate forecast dates of completed BAA which is the trigger for parent ordering.
  • High-level Issues, pipeline, coordination discussion
  • Carrier Management Detail - Detail review of BAA projects and any issues associated with project, customer advocacy, site survey feedback from field, forecast timing, handoffs between groups, COFFEE issues, engineering issues
  • Internal Status Meetings
  • Internal Building Access Team Meeting - Internal discussion of issues, workload, engineering issues, milestone completion review
  • Education: HSD
