Compensation (Range): $22-24 / hour

This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              

  • Managing service providers to ensure timely and quality support of PC hardware/software, ensure network stability and functionality, monitor local server support and upgrades and generally ensure the overall stability of the technical infrastructure supporting the plant and other local business units.
  • Work with I.S. teams in continually reviewing and improving processes.
  • Typical Decisions Made: Review and approve IT service requests from plant staff, including project and purchasing requests.
  • Monitor and enforce Vendor SLAs and onsite vendor support.

As an IT Customer Support Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, access)
  • Basic understanding of Networks, servers, and Computer configuration
