If you are an experienced Financial Analyst looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Financial Analyst. This is a direct position.

Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Financial Analyst will include:

  • Support month end processing and variance analysis.
  • Support planning and budgeting processes.
  • Control inter-company transfer price calculations and analysis.
  • Responsible for material costing and inventory evaluations.
  • Responsible for intercompany billing/posting.
  • Represent Controlling in all product cost related tasks and processes.
  • Play an active role in improving plant processes and efficiencies.
  • Handle special assignments on an as needed basis at the direction of Plant Controller.

Job Requirements

As a Financial Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years Financial/Accounting experience in manufacturing environment required.
  • Willingness to own projects, and make a significant impact on the company’s success required.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP preferred.
