Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Business Process Designer will include:     

  • Design and develop business process maps and business requirements for assigned projects in accordance with guidelines established by Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and governance.
  • Responsible for effective socialization and transition support of process deliverables from the project to the business.
  • Ensure quality of work output for process documentation meets the required guidelines and standards for accuracy and consistency across all business processes

Job Requirements

As a Business Process Designer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relationship management skills
  • Workshop facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management fundamentals
  • Fundamental Knowledge of the Electrical Distribution System
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Process Mapping tools, and SharePoint Education
  • Requirement: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 1 to 3 years of prior work related experience.
