Automotive Business Coordinator

Job Responsibilities                                              

  • Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple programs and projects. Compiles and develops status reports, coordinates schedules, manages meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Responsible for the layout of presentations, reports, and statistical tables. Coordinates project activities and business plans and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area. 0 - 3 years of experience in the field or related area. 
  • Extensive experience in creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentations, and presentations Extensive experience in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

As an Automotive Business Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years or more of working experience in budget analysis and/or similar capacity. 
  • Solid SharePoint skills  
  • Finance background/skill set
  • Flexible to support dynamic activity and walk ups to the Operations Team.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to situations and interruptions. Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
  • Lotus Notes -Excellent Organizational Skills -Excellent Communication Skills
