Compensation (Hourly Range)*: 20 per hour

This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with ours client companies. Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as an Accounting Analyst will include

  • Timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of refined and NGLs products volumes between and external partners.
  • Independent interactions with Commercial trading, scheduling, and other departments.
  • Support the back office needs of the Commercial Products Accounting business.
  • Contract interpretation as deemed necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Understand high value of communication up, down and laterally.
  • Represents company with major energy companies in resolution of differences.
  • Works on varied and complex processes and problems associate with commercial product business.

Job Requirements

As an Accounting Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.                                                                                                                                     

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business field from accredited college or university
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply knowledge in identifying and resolving reconciliation and billing issues with external business partners and internal accounting groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • SAP and Right Angle
  • Strong desire to learn and excel within environment of growth and change
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize your work logically in this deadline driven environment.
  • The capacity to pursue issues and resolve them independently, build relationships with internal and external business partners and have fun working within a team environment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
