Digital Marketing Manager – (Adult/Family/Feminine Care Brands)

12 – 18 Months Contract (MAT Leave Coverage)

Mississauga, ON (**100% Remote during office closure)

REPORTING TO:

  • Marketing Director - Family Care.

ROLE

  • Senior Digital Acceleration Specialist leads the development, execution, and evaluation of digital and e-Commerce marketing plans for the client’s Family Care, Adult Care, and Feminine Care Brands in Canada.

ORGANIZATION:

  • Key stakeholders include Brand, Canadian media team, Sector and business unit management, Agency and media partners, Customer sales teams, client’s North America Performance marketing team (PMT), IT, Consumer engagement, and consumer experience teams.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate performance marketing plans within the PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned) framework with a larger focus on the Paid and Owned pillars to drive brand awareness, consideration, trial, purchase, and loyalty.
  • Lead the consumer data strategy for AFC and FC brands, work with brand and agency partners to find the right consumers to acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate through various marketing channels.
  • Lead the execution and measurement of day-to-day consumer experience and engagement for AFC and FC brands primarily through website, search, and email.
  • Manage the execution of paid e-Commerce plans alongside agencies and customer sales teams; own overall e-Commerce strategy for AFC and FC brands (including Ratings & Reviews), contribute knowledge and expertise to customer sales teams to grow their online business.
  • Own search strategy for AFC and FC brands; lead execution across SEO, SEM, and e-Commerce search.
  • Execute digital media partnerships and Joint Business Plans.
  • Participate in new brand marketing initiatives and presentations, including relevant Agency Day and operational meetings. Lead Digital portion of the annual Agency briefing.
  • Participate in the business planning cycle and provide contribution to the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic and Annual business plans; provide thought leadership on learning plan agendas.
  • Work closely with the USA Brand and PMT to bring KCNA digital initiatives to life.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant discipline (i.e. PR, journalism, communication, or marketing) and 4+ years prior experience in digital, social marketing or e-Commerce marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing with a consumer-first approach, analytic aptitude, and test-and-learn mindset.
  • History of demonstrated success in the development, execution, and evaluation of owned digital, paid, and/or eCommerce communication plans that drive the business with strong KPI results.
  • Results focused, decisive, analytical, and collaborative self-starter with a passion to learn and innovate.
  • Experience operating within a highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with team members both internal and external across the organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage and navigate project delivery and execution with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates passion for emerging marketing technologies, keeps up to date on best practices in digital, social and e-commerce media trends.
  • Experience with digital, CRM, and eCommerce marketing technologies (ex. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, BazaarVoice, Amazon Marketing etc. is preferred.
