Help Desk – Level 1 - Contract

Min 8 Weeks Contract – Potentially Longer Project

GTA, ON

COMPENSATION

  • Rate: $35/hr
  • Mileage given for driving in GTA, ON
  • In addition, travel allowance given for driving outside of GTA, ON

COVID PROJECT

  • You need to drive your vehicle to various hospitals/vaccination centers throughout GTA, ON to assist the team with the basic hardware/software support.
  • Locations such as Toronto hospital, Brampton hospital, Hamilton hospital, Kingston hospital, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must have Valid G license.
  • You must have clear driving record.
  • You must have your own vehicle and appropriate insurance.

SHIFTS

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday & Sunday – possibly based on the needs
  • Timings may vary, some day it can be 6 hours, some days it can be 12 hours

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring client/customer, end-users, hardware and software issues are addressed immediately for operational continuity in a highly efficient health-care operation.
  • Problem solving in real time with issues such as User profile setup, iPad configurations, Bluetooth connectivity, printing capabilities, wifi/network issues, etc., and logging any system or process defects/bugs to the team on a daily basis.
  • Understanding the contingency plans, and mobilizing quickly, should that be required due to a critical system issue (partial or other).
  • Capable of providing impromptu solution training sessions to new staff added, therefore understanding the end-to-end solution, also having a good understanding of client site operations.
  • Providing training feedback to Change Management lead.
  • Observing, documenting and recommending on enhancing process workflows, and experience enhancements, back to the project team for system enhancement backlog.
  • Maintain discretion.
