Customer Service Associate - $16.25/hour – Fredericton, NB (Remote work not available)

6 Months Contract (Indefinite/On-Going/Perm may be offered to Super Star Performers)

Start Date : March 29th


*Candidates must provide copy of High School Diploma or College Diploma in order to be considered*

Training: 4 to 6 weeks 9:00AM to 5:30PM AST training hours

Working hours will be Mon - Friday 9am-9pm range but primarily until 7pm

Customer Service Delivery professionals includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality. The CSR is primarily responsible for providing Customer Care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the Company quality and quantitative standards, by ensuring that the complex of Customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion.

The role includes some or all the following key responsibilities:

  • Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service and technical support in an inbound customer contact environment
  • Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
  • Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level
  • Receives and logs internal and or external customer problem request issue and ensures proper documentation
  • Performs customer request problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly.
  • Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution
  • Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems requests issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department’s key performance requirements
  • Maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on the role training and classroom training
  • Shares information required for the team to be successful
  • Demonstrates understanding of the customers business needs or market and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of order entry, incident management and knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures
  • Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
  • May promote client products and services by suggesting additional or alternative products to meet customer’s needs

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in: Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent What can you expect?
