This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Communications / Executive Assistant will include:           

  • Compensation (Range): 28-32 / hour
  • We are looking for a Communications/Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to various teams and programs. Editing and writing company materials will be an important part of your job.
  • In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. If you also have administrative and marketing communications experience, we’d like to meet you.
  • Ultimately, your goal will be to help ensure clear communication and branding of our company and product’s message internally and externally, across all channels.
  • Help implement marketing communications strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand recognition and customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Team and Marketing/Communication programs
  • Draft and edit communications material for all initiatives, including marketing, sales and internal communications
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing product management strategies
  • Update databases and track projects
  • Facilitate effective internal communications
  • Maintain calendars and appointments, manage travel, as well as facilities and events coordination
  • Prepare presentations and reports

Communications / Executive Assistant

Job Requirements

As a Communications / Executive Assistant you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience as a Communications or Marketing Assistant/Specialist or similar role in an international environment
  • Understanding of eCommerce and product branding as well as internal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus
  • Solid editing and researching skills
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
