We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Change Management Support Analyst. This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Change Management Support Analyst       

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Change Management Support Analyst will include:

  • Prepares and analyzes various data for display on charts and/or diagrams
  • Reviews and edits data for accuracy and content
  • Writes reports and summaries of findings
  • Create spreadsheets of the audit analysis
  • Provide financial analysis to handle detailed and time sensitive contract reviews and pricing issues
  • Interface with various levels in both group and individual setting to review audits and key areas where differences are identified
  • Monitors and audits report to assure accuracy

Job Requirements

As a Change Management Support Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Business Administration, or Equivalent training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point – Intermediate
  • Good written and oral skills necessary for data and statistical presentations
  • Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and manage/handle multiple audits
  • Strong ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using root cause analysis where problems are complex
  • Strong interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners
  • Strong organization, planning and data management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate/unit policies and procedures
  • Ability to interpret and administer accounting procedures and principles
  • Position related knowledge in Financial or Audit related field – 2 - 5 years
